ah, you can't actually download this for Chromebooks, unless you enable linux development platform and use something that mimics windows exes like Wine...
I think if you enable developer mode, (note the process to enable dev mode will wipe your storage clean) with dev mode you can run android apks, im not sure if thats still a thing but it wont hurt to try
