The quest tab was cut and replaced in V64 by the progression tracker, a much more robust system.
Yeah even I am confused on how to progress story or characters. There's nothing saying where I should go or anything.
You have to basically try to hit every single option until you complete the Kanae story and bath scene which are the latest events in public.
