Through gallery they are. You can Q.Save at the bottom or save from pause menu > Save and by clicking on an empty slot

The game cannot be in a folder path with invisible symbol. Like an invisible symbol folder.

Check if you have empty last slot in your save slot folder. If so remove it. Location is the appdata directory. You can read the path at the top pinned post.

There was a bug with starting combat it should be fine on version .202

 You just unpack and run without overriding game data. The saves are somewhere else (appdata) so they don't get lost when deleting directory.

The reviews were positive before the feature was implemented. I use it because itch encourages it for other developers.

The game is in development of course I will lock the places. I rather lock them then overexpand too early and make the quality worse in the end result.

I hope you will find a game that suits you better.

Currently that's how its supposed to be.

You have to hold for about 5 seconds on a manual mode. If this doesn't work you can dm me on discord we can see what is wrong with logs, or you can just save on empty slot or as a quick save. There are unlimited slots.

There is a optional pregnancy preference which adds belly visually during some animations. Yet not sure if this is what you mean. If anything please dm me on discord for more detailed answer.
