Go to the advanced video settings. Near the top left, you can change the refresh rate to 120hz. Near the bottom left, you can set the sharpening value. For the autofocus accuracy, you'll need to click on "User Settings" at the bottom of the left side panel. The autofocus accuracy setting is near the middle of that menu.

It's up to you whether you want to enable motion (it automatically zooms the video based on your head movement and the motion distance value, a lower motion distance makes it zoom faster).

If you're on the latest update v0.11.0, I'd recommend settings the resolution to 1.5 or lower to maintain 120fps (resolution setting is in the upper left corner of the advanced video settings).

Thanks!

Is there anything else you would recommend? I thought the resolution should be 1.35? But thanks I'll set it to 1.5

Is it even worth setting it to 120hz/fps when the videos are most of the time only 60?

I'm just generally wondering what I can change to make it look even better!

Would recommend setting to 120hz, because it's a multiple of 60. The default refresh rate for quest 3 is 90hz, which has noticeable microstutters compared to 120hz.

Ok thank you! Resolution to 1.5, sharpening and autofocus still to 2 and 16?
