I like the pixel art and overall theme. I also liked how you took the theme.
I would have appreciated a bit more gameplay elements, though. And maybe a little less reading...? lol
Overall, nice atmosphere, nice story :)
Unfortunately a teeny tiny bug caused the interactivity to completely disappear - you're meant to be able to replace some words with your own. Oh well, lesson learned :P
