OK, I'll try my best.

I honestly like the mechanism of this game. So naturally, I would like to use it without hassling. While I think the individual actions are pretty well crafted (e.g. throwing, double jump, etc), I always get stuck between the transition of each action. Remembering which button does which was a bit puzzling enough. And don't get me wrong, this is likely MY issue of not being good at handling the ASDW key input. So, considering there could be more people like me, it might be a better idea to introduce one mechanism per stage. First, move, second, throw, third, double jump... so on and so forth.

Also, I found a small bug in the title screen where you can actually fall off the left side by accident. I was trying to get used to the control and accidentally threw the machine piece, then I fell off as I chased it.

Once again, I think it's a cool idea and I admire you trying to polish it further. Good luck! I hope this feedback helps you somehow :)

It seems I can't rate the game any more but I'll comment anyway!

I had a bit of trouble loading and playing the game smoothly and for some reason, the car didn't appear as I made my moves...? There's a good chance that I'm doing something wrong.

But anyway, I can feel a solid concept is there, just it needs a bit more polish!

Thank you Gianna, really happy to read your comment.

I'm very glad that you liked not only the game but also the concept work part of the page. I like looking at that type of process myself so I started including it in my jam game page :)

A solid game! I cannot get enough of the animation of the froggos...

Once you catch a good flow and the frogs increases, that' where the fun starts. I thought it'd be even cooler if not all the attacks are auto, like some special moves can be handled by me!

Whoa, what a little fun game! The art direction is top-notch and Gobba is cute. lol

I really liked the tutorial section. Even though the control is simple, I appreciated that you let me try each movement first. This is something I can learn from your game.

Thanks for giving it a try anyway! Yeah, it gets pretty dang fast once you past a certain points. Still glad your feedback is on the positive side.

Also hehe, yes, the Kobans. :)

Thank you very much! I'm happy that you seemed to have had fun at the end.

I appreciate you telling me the part you got stuck. It looks like some of the others had a similar issue so that's the lesson for the next project.

I'm glad you liked my concept work on the page, too. :)

Thank you Raisin Games, it means a lot to me. I think solo-ing is hard and limiting at times but it works surprisingly well for game jams.

Heyyy, thank you so much for playing. I'm very glad that you enjoyed it!

I'm impressed that you created this in just a couple of days. The title graphic is great and the opening cut scene was top-notch. I feel you could have made each version of critter a bit more distinct (hard to tell apart when swarming) but the critter builder is well-made and intuitive. I just kept staring all those minions work for Mother. lol

Interesting! A cool little puzzle game. I like how the scale-gun mechanism works and it plays into the puzzle well.

I thought the dialog SFX was slightly too aggressive and the main character's jump was a bit OP but other than that, nicely done!

This game definitely has the same energy as A Little To The Left or maybe Unpacking.

Like others said, It'd be cool to see a bit of UI facelift but I think it's a neat little game, I really liked it!

I like the one-button mechanism on this game. It makes my choice between upgrades more important. I like how simple it is, too.

I'm pretty impressed of how you managed to polish the game play to this level within the time constrain.

I love every bit of the look and feel of the game. This is indeed a work of genius!

I like the tight race against time, too. It's just 4 key game but really felt the pressure.

I felt the connection with the theme was a bit weak... Maybe it would have been cool if we could see the actual body being modified realtime (like, scaling up and down...) or is it just crazy to look at? lol

Oh my god that character's expression. lol

Pretty cool idea, I like how the puzzle component and platforming are integrated.

I felt the control is a bit wonky but overall, it's a pretty neat game :)

I appreciated the character design and animation. The way Froq runs and turns and jump is so cute! (That little mid-air tilt is cool).

I would have appreciated if there's a proper tutorial or at least a bit of instruction of how to play!

I think you’re selling yourself short. This is excellent, especially considering you didn’t even have to fully dive into it!

I would have appreciated if I had some kind of indicator of the charge-shot cooldown!

Thank you very much! Really appreciate your generous feedback.

I guess solo has a lot of goods and bads, freedom and limitation, more like. Keeping it super simple was indeed my intension but also I couldn't make anything bigger with my current skillset. Guess I need to start making more friends. lol

My initial thought was the colour palette is nice and coherent.

The game presented an interesting mechanics that makes me want to stack zombies more.

I feel it's a bit missed-opportunity that we didn't get much of "zombie-specific" features and characteristics.

Other than that, nicely done.

Hmm, it was a little confusing and buggy for me. I got stuck when I move to the next level.

I want to crush those skulls more!!

This is cool! A pretty solid game.

I also appreciated small details you worked on like very subtle camera shake so that we know the dragon is actually big and heavy, and coyote time which made the jumping less scary. Nice job!

Oh this is fun.

Easy mode was already pretty hard for me but it's a cool game! I love that I can increase and decrease my number with scroll. The immune system is also an interesting concept. It definitely has that "let's do one more time" kick. Nicely done!

It got stuck as soon as I hopped on a mouse but other than that, oh, the power I felt as I rode the cat god. lol

I'm not 100% sure what the "gameover" actually is in this case but it's a cool concept.

Aside from the fact that I suck at controlling the ship, this game is awesome! It feels pretty robust and complete.

Upgrading mechanism was great and exciting, I wish I was a bit better at steering my ship! lol

You could have made it even more solid given enough time, I'm pretty sure!

And thank you for the comment :)

Hey thank you so much! Appreciate you giving it a try.

And yeah, your comment is like a jab right into my weak spot. lol

Yes, I originally meant to make it work on mobile or hoped so anyway but couldn't figure it out by the deadline.

I saw your game on Mark's livestream and I knew I had to play it.

Man, I definitely spent unhealthy amount of time playing this game, clearing everything.

I got no words but amazing to describe this game. LOVED IT!!

Hahaha, kinda looks like it now you pointed that out! lol

Beautiful pixel art, interesting level design. What's not to like?

I also like the "scale" of the Scaleton. He is so condensed and so cute. haha

Awesome job!

Oh man, this is THE game jam game! I loved it! This is like a slower version of Dino-jumping game.

It's so simple yet addictive. I don't think the town folks would let me be their god anymore, tho...

This was surprisingly addicting. I love the tractor beam's effect being almost like a rubber band.

I felt the control was a bit too slipping? But overall, this is a job well-done :)

I mean... CUTE. These simple shapes can communicate so much and that's just amazing.

I love the puzzles, too. There are definitely some "Aha!" moments in some levels. Maybe this could grow into something bigger. Nicely done!

The gameplay was a bit confusing at first but I'll give it a pass because I don't know, your game's scale mechanism was so satisfying to me. lol

I wish I could scale a bunch more different goods. I'd be fun.

The fact that you were able to compile something so fast is impressive.

I feel this game can be more!

First, I hope you feel better now! I'd say for a game you only worked on 20hrs, this is great! This could be definitely a cool mobile game or something. lol

This is so cute and I like the unique perspective of the game. Top-down view works well with the game style, too.

Maybe this is just me but it kept lagging/getting stuck on my machine. Really well done regardless!

I made a game with a rotation mechanism in the centre of the screen myself but this game does it better! lol
Nicely done, great artstyle.

Cube Boy is so cute that I didn't imagine this to be a Final Fight style game.

It's a simple mechanic but he is indeed "built to scale (up/down)", eh? lol

Nicely done!

Whoa, this is so cool and cute and super polished.

I liked how the game has progressed but that camera shake man... it messed up my move hard. lol
