Like here: The creator retain (keep/have) the rights over the content (mod) he created. He just gives rights of use to Giants Software. You aren't Giants Software, therefore you don't get those rights automatically.

Then it says:

"GIANTS shall not be liable for the actions of other users which may infringe rights to the generated User Generated Content. In the case of disputes with other users, the Customer himself shall be responsible for contacting the affected users asserting any claims." Which basically mean that the creator can take actions towards you if he wants to.

It states basically that Giants isnt going to intervene. But you also ignore everything previous to this statement which lays out what rights Giants has over the items.

You need to read the entire section. Its not that they retain full rights, but they retain some rights. You glossed over that. You also skip over where Giants then grants it's users rights to the creations.
