Hello, This forum is public and normally answered with people from the community, that is, except for the admin, no one else has access to see your account data, what you comment is so vague and without information that it is totally impossible to give you any type of advice, since I don't know exactly what you mean by "much money", you also don't clarify if it is about the estimated balance or if it is a specific question about the report when you request a payment.
When requesting payment, a document is generated with all the details. I have never had problems with improper charges. There are several posts in this same subforum that give details and examples of how Itch charges work.
Without further information, a couple of general notes, which I have seen always raise doubts in people.
The value of your balance is an ESTIMATE and the estimate may be calculated with a 30% retention instead of calculating the correct retention for each purchase, it is best to request payment and so you can review a detail of each sale, along with the associated charges.
The first time you request a payment, you have a charge of 3 dollars to validate the tax interview.
You must take into account additional charges resulting from refunds.
I don't know how Itch shows refunds (I haven't had any so far), but if it follows the same line as Steam, that means that they don't delete the purchase, if not, they add a refund fee.
That is, you sell 3 games, one asks for a refund and in the estimate you see 3 sales, but only the money for 2 games.
