I would like to know, is this project categorized as a "parody"? Because if it is then it should be safe from nintendo, or at least as safe as peta pokemon parodies.
It should be, I'm not pretending to be nintendo, and I'm making an imitation and commentary about the original IP, but if nintendo want to nuke the project, no amount of legal or creative discussion would be enough for me to oppose a multimillion company
I can only image you trying to change the characters and stuff. Anyway, is this getting an update? I try to decite if I give this a second chance. I'm not sure if it was the nintendo thing or why I stopped the last time.
