Hi, good work with this game!

We have been playing some sessions and this is what we missed and we thought could improve the experience (just some random feedback :) ).

- it would be great if the config is saved from one fight to the next

- one problem with this game (even with the original one) is that, if you stay in the top part of the screen, then the combat feels a little bit lame because both players are just hitting the flight button as much as the can with not much strategy. If the bounce down was bigger or maybe of there were spike to make players to be always flying, I think that would be great.

- the speed when walking instead of flying is too fast, and it mess up the fly speed when you just walk out of a platform.

- inflating your balloons should take longer, because in the majority of the cases you can just inflate them all at the very beginning and be done with it.

- there are cases where you start directly above the water, making you to die instantly. 

As a said, just some feedback if it's helpful :).

Thank you for the feedback, I will definitely consider it for future updates. 

  • I agree the top of the screen can be too safe, and it needs more bounce, perhaps even with some horizontal randomness. Hopefully that loss of control will push it into being a less safe option.
  • The next update will include acceleration on the ground so you don't start walking as fast, but I will also consider slowing them down (though some characters are meant to be quick on the ground)
  • I tried to time the balloon filling based on the originals, but perhaps it should be longer here since players start further apart. 
  • Was starting directly above water on the ocean level? Or do others do it too?

Glad people were able to have fun with this game, and I hope to get back to working on it soon to finish the Lightning Trip Update
