I couldn't really figure out what was supposed to happen after exiting the hospital. I take it I'm supposed to gather resources but how do I get back in? I also felt like the movement outside was really slow which might be a deliberate choice for later on but it doesn't feel great in the beginning so I didn't explore very much in the end.
