how does the whole getting energy back and all that stuff work? I can't simply sleep
You'll sadly only get your energy back once you faint. Might be a healing item somewhere but I don't know of any cuz it's extremely hard to play lmao
You can buy health potions at the shop by selling materials you collect (some of which are also useful for quests though), otherwise random events may refill your health.
