You shouldn't connect the Keon to HereSphere. The FeelConnect app is responsible for controlling the device when using cmscripts or streamed scripts from povr.

Okey, I think it's an link issue.
I played around, and figured out that when linking the site to Keon, the link is unique per browser. So if I made a link on Chrome, everything worked while using Chrome, but after switching go Firefox, I would need to create the link again.

So I believe the same issue might be happening in HereSphere? As in, when switching to API Mode, a new link should be made again uniquely for that "browser", but there's no way to do that in the API Mode.

If that's not the case then I am lost

I think you should be linking using feelconnect not the browser.

To link using FeelConnect, you first need to open a browser (e.g. on computer) and go to POVR, and find the QR code. Then with FeelConnect on your phone, either scan a QR code as shown in the browser, or enter the code which sits below the QR code. That way you make a connection.

When using API Mode, there's no option to see the QR or get the number code.

HS just sends playback events to Connect & Control with your POVR username. It's up to Connect & Control to pass that along to the FeelConnect app, and have it control your device. If it's not working, POVR support forums or Connect & Control would be the best place to ask for help.
