I just finished the game, and i enjoyed it. I was just reading the comments and i find one in which one has said it was too much text, although it's true that you told a whole story there, but i liked that. So, Regarding that I have a question the story said that if anybody objects king proposal they slap his balls and hit again after he has healed before telling thier proposal ? Also how the power hungry witch abused this system

Yes, I think that's basically the story: slapping the king's balls was originally meant as a way for the women to occasionally object to his decisions, but the witch did it continuously in an effort to seize control. Kind of like a veto or filibuster (emphasis on the 'buster')
