Neither will pave for me is there a keystroke to start paving besides the cruise control? She fills fine, turns on, wings extend, and I an change the paving type. Auger spins when moving but nothing comes out.

Yes, it sounds like you set everything up correctly, just forgot the last step. you have to "dump to ground" to start paving. Basically whatever keys you use to dump a trailer onto the ground, do the same thing with the paver!
