Try to reinstall it in a fresh directory. Delete the old one.
Out of thousands of downloads only a few didn't work for people, hopefully you're not the very few. Goodluck!
I redownloaded with the exact same results. I even have a game.ini file.
Sorry to say I'm not sure why that's occurring then.
It is a PC specific game, so if you're using another platform, it may not work.If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.
I finally got it working. Guess my second round was just too close to the original file directory. Odd.
