I can add for anyone having the trouble in the mean time.
Google Chrome Remote Desktop has a option for relative mouse that works.
Splashtop works OK until it decided my device wasn't on the same network.
Software that doesn't work:
Microsoft RDP
Teamviewer
Anydesk
And some more that I can't remember.
