The jealous endings can be achieved only after you begin the throuple storyline. Simply just getting either of their jealousy point to maximum and you'll reach those endings. The way to raise their jealousy is by not engage any lewd activity to them. They'll feel neglected and the jealousy will rise.
These endings also have 2 variants - one with low acceptance (1-10), one with high acceptance (11-20). Please note that these endings do not have sex, only do it for completionist sake.
