Smallish problem I've encountered with 3.0. It just.. doesn't have Animated Backgrounds
I'm playing on the windows vers. and whenever I enter a scene where the background is a loop (like right after the intro, there's a loop of animated fog) the background refuses to load and instead keeps Duke in a sort of void. I haven't gotten too far in so not sure if this is for the entire game, but i've reached a little bit past the first Doll interaction.
I've checked the files (and spoiled myself whoopsies), the bgs are there but there must be some code not letting them load in.
I've reinstalled twice yet still no idea what's up with it. LMK if you need more info for specifics, hope this gets fixed soon.
