To be honest I preferred the art style of the previous game. The characters feel like anime characters and like they're not the same characters as in the previous game.
Thank you for your opinion, but based on the feedback from players of the previous game, the character design was one of the more frequently mentioned issues, so I made some changes in the sequel.
I can only try my best to keep the character design consistent with the previous game (ex. hair color).
