Good to hear and I'm glad I could help. Though I'm not sure what "autosaves states at the bridge" means exactly, does that mean any saves made during the cutscene (using the visual novel menu) or does that mean any saves that has some work done on the bridge? (Basically, in my saves I took out the first wave of enemies. Does that mean by save is corrupt?)

It means the autosave that happens to get triggered immediately before the crash is definitely corrupted.

For saves during the scene, it's a bit unclear, as the RPGMaker logic for updating scripts of ongoing scenes in new versions is not quite clear.
