Although April isn't the star of the next update she features prominently in multiple scenes.
I would like to give her a proper story arc at some point. However, the rough order of priority has been decided by polling on Patreon. That's just the way my business model works. I have Faye, the Twins and Alice's storylines to flesh out before I can even think about an April update.
Even a couple of solo events for April (along the lines of Charlotte's) would be hundreds of hours of work, once I've factored in planning, writing, rendering, animations and coding. I would also need to figure out how those events would tie in to all the other storylines as well any future content for April. So, it's a huge commitment of time, focus and creative energy. What you are asking is not a simple matter and not something I can promise at the moment given my long list of other content I need to work though first. I would like to include at least one solo scene for her before the end of Chapter 2, but I can't say when that will be exactly.

Charlotte has to be the cam girl when watching porn. I was a bit surprised that Rachel didn't innocently rat her out past a certain point (football related). I, too, want to see all the girls developed. Including Tia. And since you are a big April fan, "Abbie" which one assumes is the name of the rounder girl Cassandra Cassandras in the showers.
