Nice ambience here! Nails that mysterious underwater mood. I think you've received some quality advice on mixing that should help. Personally, I think the ping pong panning is a bit extreme on the second track, but it does produce a memorable effect. However if I was listening to a loop of that, I might get uncomfortable.
