I crafted the lead with Vital. It's a square wave with vibrato, glide legato, and unison effect. I'll provide you with the Vital preset. Use automation to activate vibrato as you want; it also responds to velocity. Also, with this kind of leads I usually add little ornaments notes in order to embellish the melody with the glide, as you can see in the image.
