Oohhh this is a very interesting story! I like the relationship between the two characters, and the bad ending is... oh man, I feel really bad for both of them. I'm very intrigued to learn more about the worldbuilding here, seems like there's a lot going on! I can't help but wonder what happened in the cult before this...
Just a little thing, I skipped a dialogue and noticed there's no back button so I opened the history screen and the text there is hardly visible, but other than that I have no other complaints! Great entry!
