How did you launch this game? I mean, when I start a new game, nothing happens after loading, the game just freezes.

Our team is currently testing a new build, and we are close to identifying the issue. It seems that the game freezes on Windows 10 and requires a restart, but this problem does not occur on Windows 11. We have a question: which version of Windows are you using? We are working on a solution. Thank you! (≧▽≦)✧

Windows 10. Thanks for your reply! Restarting the PC and restarting the game does not help.

I played the game using the download instead of the web ver if this helps.

also i do have a quite good pc (not that i think this is necessary) so that may effect it?

Just throwing out ideas here but it may be if you are using an older pc it mar run on 32 bit os
