INTRO:

“...-The world, my friend... there is nothing but the most important world-- the world inside your head. No one has the same world. It's different for everyone. Remember Josh? His world is filled with bright, light green colors, animals running through meadows and fish swimming in emerald streams... Swimming far and long...

-What's my world like?  What color is it?

-What's your favorite color?

-P-purple...

-So. welcome to your head. There's a lot of purple in here

An old man dressed in old rags opened the curtain. From the window, the bizarre purple scenery of the old cities became visible.

-Good luck. I hope you won't be lost forever. Just be warned: you'll have to be sure to saddle up for the boat afterward!”

First Feelings:

“Lewis has never felt so great. I want to say more: Lewis is free. Here, look at him! He's happy. His world is exactly as he wanted it to be. What? Is that a lot of purple? Do you think it's scary? Absolutely, but! Listen to the sounds. Listen to the sounds you hear when you're in Lewis's world and-- oh, right. You're going to have a little trouble hearing the music and, especially, the poor guy's joyous cheers. That's all right! Soon this feeling will be replaced by one that you won't be able to hear, but you will be able to see clearly through the screens of your worldview. Just...

just open your eyes.”

Intrigue:

“Here it is: happiness. Oh, sorry... Happiness is a temporary phenomenon. Totally forgot.... Right now, as you can see, Lewis is wandering through purple streets full of purple lanterns. Exactly the kind of lanterns he always dreamed of as a child. That's right! His biggest childhood dream is purple streetlights. He loves that color very much. Just look at this! Lewis is very surprised at how beautiful it is. Maybe he'll walk by the concert hall. There, in the concert hall, there are fancy performances by different fancy musicians who are always dressed in purple outfits and play purple jazz musical instruments! Intriguing, isn't it? ”

Discovering Myself:

“And now you see Lewis sitting down on a purple bench. A purple lantern shines overhead, and from the building next door you can hear the music of a jazz band. Of course, you may argue: There should be no jazz bands here! But I'll give you a simple and easy answer: Lewis's world now has everything. Even purple jazz bands. And anyway. stop envying him. He, unlike you, had the courage to enter this world!”

Lake Of Consciouness:

“-The lake... it's so... beautiful. It's kind of purple, but I can see cute fish thanks to the flashlight. Are they... are they jelly fish? Marmalade fish, wow. I remember. I remember when I was a kid, I always drew fish like that! They always looked like marmalade!

Lewis decided to try to catch one marmalade fish with his hands, but it didn't work out. While trying to catch the fish, he accidentally fell into the water and .... no! He didn't fall into the water! He stood on the surface of the water!

-What? -I'm not drowning in the water? That's strange... in my nightmares, I'm usually, uh. Okay. I'll try walking. It looks beautiful

So Lewis started walking on the water. Exactly until he reached the very middle of the lake. Above Lewis, in the sky, was a big and bright purple moon. But no sooner had Lewis raised his head than his magic ability disappeared and he fell into the lake. The purple water disappeared from under his feet and he began to fall.

He fell into the abyss. But he didn't scream! He didn't call for help! He didn't try to fly up or anything else.....

He started crying.”

Personality Cave:

“-Why... Why am I here again-

Lewis woke up in his apartment. Outside the window, it was bright and... ordinary. There had never been anything interesting in this world he had fallen into after his childhood. The purple was completely gone from his eyes. and he saw only white and black....

Lewis's routine began. He is an ordinary janitor who has spent his life cleaning up leaves and trash near the big music hall. They always played boring, unappealing music there. Yes, there were professionals at their craft, but there was never even the sound of the kind of childlike freedom Lewis wanted to remember.
But that didn't stop his imagination! While the boring musicians played Mozart or Bach, he imagined in his head that jazz was being played in that hall.... He imagined that there, in that concert hall, there was a small group of the finest fantasists in the history of mankind!

...but they were never there. Because Lewis saw only white and black colors in our world.”

Love Garden:

“...There was one dream in Lewis' life that he always wanted to devote his life to. He dreamed of sailing. He wanted to sail ships, crossing the world's oceans, hunting whales and exploring new lands. Lewis wanted to be like the perfect version of his father, the one he remembered from his childhood years. Now Lewis wasn't young, and his father had died before Lewis was 8 years old. But he always wanted to be like his father. Lewis...

...he wanted to see his father's purple cape again.”

Exit:

“-Me... do I need to get behind the boat?

ЭNo one answered Lewis. Lewis decided to fulfill his dream of becoming a sailor after all. First, he drove his old car to the lake. The same lake where he used to fish with his father. It was there that Lewis wanted to sail ships. It was there that his father first put on his purple raincoat for the first time... and it was on this lake that Lewis fell into the abyss....

That lake was no different from where he was inside his head. Nothing. It was just as beautiful. He saw the color purple everywhere.

Lewis got in the boat, set off, started paddling. He got to the center of the lake. A purple moon burned brightly above Lewis, while purple jelly fish swam by. Purple trees, purple skies, stars and galaxies.

Looking toward the shore of the lake, Lewis saw a boy. An ordinary boy who was fishing with his father. The boy's father wore a purple cape .

Lewis waved to them. Of course, the people on the shore did not see Lewis waving to them, but the old man was happy to finally see his father's purple coat again....

-I love you, Dad.”

Oh god, that was wonderful! I loved how you related everything so well and how the story revolves around purple. tysm for that detail, I LOVED it.
