The game is pretty simple but good for what it is. The story for Kalak adds some peronality to the game rather than controlling just some basic square. The difficulty of the game comes from not being able to change the height/distance of your jump, but this is also what makes the game easy. Once you know the distance you jump, you can jump over everything. It also seems the game only has 3 difficulty scalings. At the 3rd, you can basically just mash jump and never die. To fix this, perhaps adjust your jump mechanic so your jump height can be controlled by how long you held the button, and then make the red obstacles more varied in their height so you're forced to care how high you jump rather than just pressing it every time one approaches. If you allow the obstacles to move at independent faster/slower speeds, you can also avoid the pitfall of them appearing too fast to ever dodge as the difficulty progresses. Hope this helped.
