Really cool! The aesthetic here is very consistent and extremely badass haha
On top of all of the inspirations you mentioned, because of the types of games I used to play when I was younger, my head went immediately to The Binding of Isaac - that ost sometimes goes in a direction pretty similar to this one ,but honestly it's a pretty loose connection.
