Cipher is a top down fast paced action pseudo-stealth game with an enigmatic narrative blurring reality and false memories.

How does it fit the theme?
I guess it does somewhat loosely fit with the word theme. As the game is meant to leave the player unable to tell reality from fantasy with themes of mind control and false memories.
