I appreciate the attempt! And for a first time using an engine like Godot, this is pretty cool! I wasn't able to do anything though, all I could do was spawn turrets but they all spawned at (0,0), I'm assuming this is a bug. But that's ok! It's good your trying, game dev takes a while to get the hang of, especially an engine like Godot. Unfortunately for the purposes of this jam I cannot rate it very highly, but as a first project, it's a good start!
