hey I cant launch the game on my pc (windows) on this update. when I try to launch it it opens an .txt who says "I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred." and a bunch of code things.

Probably you extracted it on the same folder as an older version. Delete the older first before extracting the new one.
