Outside of Gina (where the sky is the limit in terms of size) I do think that you should "scale" the growth of all the other girls evenly so that your story doesn't get the infamous "power creep" where the main cast are just too big, and too strong to the point where you have to introduce new villains or multiple new villains just to give them a challenge again at a certain sage. After a specific threshold, the story becomes less interesting of everyone on the cast gets too strong individually. But on the other hand you don't want to run out of sexy growth sequences to feed your patrons. So my suggestion is you just spread out the muscle growth sequences over new characters (like Akari, Aline or Rose) vs dumping too much into Stella or Jade who have already undergone huge growth spurts and should have a decent break for a while.
