I don't quite understand, "Display name" allows me to change the username that is used, but how do I remove it completely from the main page?

So it doesn't show up like that.

Once you enter a 'display name' and save the changes, it should automatically display on the forums what have you entered in the 'display name' bar, instead of your login name. But mind your page on itch.io will still feature your login name.

What do you want to achieve, have your name changed on the forums or have a different user login? In the latter case, someone else would need to speak up. In the former case, you already know how to do it.

I want to customize my profile page. I want my name to diseappear from the profile page where I publish my future games, because I want to make a custom logo on my itch.io page, I want my name to disappear from the page. Look at the picture I have on the first post. Where the red circle is, I want that to diseappear. And I want to put a custom logo on it's place.
