Paper Mario was definitely an inspiration when working out how to combine Jen and I's styles, so glad to hear we landed in the right area! We were collectively distraught at the idea of dropping the sloth after Jen presented their adorable sprite, but thankfully the animation leaned into cute rather than devastating!
