Unique gameplay loop, definitely fits with speed-running. Some critique: One, I kind of wish that the game had more risk/punishment when overheating, because it seems that being hot is generally just better. Two, the map could use more variation or markers to tell which room you are in, something as simple as different colored wall and floor textures, or arrows on the floor that mark the path back to the boiler room. I know there is variation in what objects and signs are in the rooms, but in my monkey brain it all blends together because many of the same signs and assets are in each room. This mostly just affects first time playthroughs though.
