Thank you. I'm glad folks take the time to remind me of this information every time I post anything Repeat related! I'm sure eventually these comments will do something other than make me feel horrible about myself and want to quit the VN completely. Those 4 months spent reworking all 152 sprites really paid off :D
I like the new sprites. I was thinking about what I've seen of other vns with people not liking the characters because they are not muscular enough, or that they were remade in a way they don't like and that they often pressure the devs into doing the game their way instead of how the dev wants THEIR vn to be. I've played some vns where devs changed the characters or the story out of pressure from those who read their vns. I was guessing what the reasons for the change in the sprites might have been since some people complained about them. Some of the fvn audience just focus too much on the appearance of the characters and not the story. I am sorry for causing offense. I enjoy the story and the sprites and hope you continue the story despite what people say about the sprites.

I used to be less petty about this kind of thing but after being hounded for months after the sprite rework, receiving death threats, being told that I completely ruined my VN, and legitimately considering dropping Repeat all together, I’ve lost my patience. What did you expect when you posted this? That I’d drop months of work and revert to the old sprites? Nah. All these comments do is make me feel like a piece of shit. Congrats, you succeeded.
Sorry if I’m being bitter about this. I’ve held my tongue about these kind of comments for over a year and you’ve managed to catch me on a bad day.

I hope the development goes well for the rest of the routes, It's impressive that you managed to finish a route! I hope you get therapy or something for those issues, none should be threatened for an eastethic change, this is one of my fav Vn's and it's not because of the art, but for the writing and comedy, I believe the creator of Damn Chorus may be suffering from the same issues since the sprites of their characters got reworked too, the sad truth is that some people just don't like change sometimes and that sucks, I wish you luck!
