Thank you for playing! Originally the binary code was supposed to be a 3*3 = 9 combination design, but after I put out my schedule, I decided to limit it to 2*2 = 4 because I "thought" I didn't have enough time for more stages. But after reading Ape's comment from earlier, I think assigning movements to the buttons will match the old terminal style better. I'll try to put these advices together and improve the gameplay.

The story is about signaller Gamma who invented 2 communication methods: Gamma Signal and the Binary Code, one is supposed to nullify *any* existing transmission signals, which can destroy human brain after ~50 hours of exposure, which was meant to be used in information warfare. The Binary Code, on the other hand, is the solution for signallers to communicate under the influence of Gamma Signal.

Gamma's comerades, Mu the medic and Phi the signaller were not too happy when they found out about his plan. Especially due to the fact that Gamma had been showing hostility towards their squad leader Lambda, while Lambda saw potential in Gamma and supported his plans. What Gamma did in return was... during one of the meetings with other signallers, he released Gamma Signal to prove himself "superior" to others. The signallers started to lose their minds, and the facility they resided in turned into a signal field where all the people's memory and voices merge into one.

With protection from the Binary Code device, Gamma was going to take Mu, Phi and Lambda out with him and pretend everything was due to an ambush attack from their enemy country. But Phi insisted that they will bring Gamma to the military court for what he had done, since this accident was, apparently, caused by the signal that Gamma created. Despite knowing that stopping the signal was impossible now, Gamma turned back because he was too proud to admit he was now a war criminal. As he desperately tried to "right his wrong", he was killed by the mad signallers. The Binary Code device kept his soul/signal alive, while the memory was gone with his body.

Then we saw what happened in the main game. Gamma's soul/signal faced the truth, but he couldn't take the fact that he was wrong, and his comerades were going to leave him behind. He died completely as he lost his pride and will to live.

Thank you for your comment :3✨
