Oh you have to drag it not click it! Just played it a bit more, it seems like your mixture glass is an atomic bomb that hits everything at the same time. At the start I was aiming, but that was not needed (that might need a fix ;) ). Maybe write some more instructions on your itch.io page, that could help :)
