The Steam Demo is for the PC VR version, and the version currently sold on Itch.io is for Quest 2 or 3 standalone.
Therefore, you need to install the APK and Obb files that you download after purchase on your Quest device to play.

1. SteamVR Settings > "Set SteamVR as OpenXR Runtime"
2. If you're using a virtual desktop, it may not work. In this case, please link to SteamVR and play.
3. Please delete the game installed on Steam and reinstall it

I have:
1) Made sure my SteamVR as OpenXR Runtime
2) In my headset I am linked to Steam VR and start the game from my PC from Steam and I got the fatal error message
3) I deleted the game reinstalled using the same method above and still got the error message again
I had no issues when I tried the demo on Steam

Please let me know what VR device you are using
If you are using Meta Quest, please follow the steps below
1. Update your graphics driver
2. Update Meta Quest Link program
3. Open Meta Quest Link > Go to Settings > Select General > OpenXR Runtime > Set Meta Quest Link active
4. Turn off Steam VR > Run LoveOn from your Steam Library
