Sounds more like a problem with your internet connection. But it shouldn't be a big problem either way. I recommend you to use Mediafire; just start the dowload and go do something else.
You're right, I tried it just now and it's also quite slow for me. And I can see that you're not very patient with your downloads if you're used to that kind of bandwidth :D
