Please have an option to zeroed out the alien gender, idk who is boy or girl. And the girl have dick? Im confuse 😵
Edit : Damn, whats up with the downvote? It just alien concept to me that I dont understand well. A simple feature like zeroed things out for full customization should be added.

I'm going to assume you mean well, so I'll attempt to explain the 'problems' you pointed out. The 'alien' gender is actually non-binary, and the chances of people like this spawning can be changed in the world generation thing when starting a new save. The 'girls with dicks' are trans women, and their spawn rates (I'm not entirely sure of the correct term) can also be changed in the world generator when starting a new game. You can change NPCs if you allow cheats (which can be found in the options menu) or you can toggle the 'allow NPC customization' option, which can be found in the same place. The downvotes are there because your comment came off as rude/offensive and transphobic. I'm not saying you are, it seems like a mistake to me, but that is what I believe others may have seen. Yes it is, I was talking about the game where the random generation generate doesn't state some girl are transgender, and it force me to sex even though I already make them have lowest spawn in world generation. The dev doesnt allow full world customization to zero spawn all those fetish.

I don't think I understand what you mean by 'force'. You can pretty much always decline. You can also set the gender of NPCs that play a certain role in the storyline. Also, it may be because you have the default, or 'ochre' world spawn. It's the basic one and it's pretty much all the same, though some special NPCs can change in different saves. You can type anything there and it will generate a random world, and then the customization for the spawn rates should work. (I haven't tried this so I may be wrong, but that's what I believe would happen). Also, you're welcome!
Some random events like being too popular, and like gaming contest event have like punishment system where you can choose to sex or not and you get worse punishment like losing money if you dont accept sex, that's like forcing stuff. In those event, it has chance can generate random gender which that I dont want to see those kinks.
Oh, well, in that case, you may be able to turn it off in the settings menu. I haven't really tried since I've managed to avoid it. For the losing money thing, if you have a high enough physical/assertiveness level then you should be able to avoid it. Again, I've never tried this, but this is what I believe should work.
