Did you meet the minimum specs for the game when you purchased it? Have you tried running the dx11.bat file in the main directory?
yes i have, the problem is my pc, it isn't made to run games, in general, i just thought it could manage, but sadly i was wrong.
It would be best if you didn't buy games for which you don't meet the minimums. You'll need to contact itch support to see if you meet their requirements if you want a refund.
