Shame on Itch for not notifying you! But at least you're here now, so we got a happy ending xD.

I don't know why icons are broken for you, though. I've tested it with an old save I had and it works fine for me both on PC and mobile. Maybe it's the browser you're using? But if Act 1 works fine and it's only Act 2, then I'm afraid I have no idea.
