player movement feels clumsy.  And enemy stength increase too fast for me, maybe give more time for player to get XP?

when charge to enemy(feel like what a lancer should do), the spear can only hit enemy on players direct front, which most of time cant kill all enemy, lead to taking damage.

as a cursed lance, i cant outrun the enemy :(

Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback!

I realize now that many game mechanics are not obvious as I did not have any play testers.  Here is an explanation of whats going on for you (if you want to try it again) or any new testers before they play:

  1.  Damage is based on Lance size and player movement.
  2. At the start of each game you are given 100 Coins which you can use to buy upgrades by pressing P
2a. Horse Feed upgrade increases player movement (also damage)
  3. When the Lance increases in size the player movement and rotation speed decreases
  4. Movement speed forwards is the same as backwards.

Hint: You can cheese the enemies moving into them with the lance, then immediately reverse(S, or down arrow) and repeat.

oh i was wondering what coin does. i played again, heres some new feedback:

  1. player need coin to increase movement speed and rotation speed, which is needed for collect coin. this design lead to player dont have enough speed to collect coin if level up too fast.
  2. enemy spawn seems doesnt have a limit, the late game will become laggy.
  3. enemy also spawn from outside of airwall, and get block by it.
  4. lack some hit impact, right now the enemy is more like be pushed away by lance. maybe u could try to make enemy impaled by lance and stuck on it for a while, and add some blood effect :D

Thanks again! I really do appreciate your feedback :) After the game jam I will make a new version, and tag you in the comments. (If you do not mind of course)
