I'll chance my arm with 3 more questions!

I can't seem to get Nimhe to craft Luxury or Exotic shells even though I have the necessary crates, nothing happens when I assign either; any ideas?
Is there something that can be done with the Precursor Archive or Memory Cube?
Is there a way to get T'Ris to take more Pet lessons; I have the Pet Training Voucher 2 but she always rejects it (she is SUB 7)?

>> she needs the TEC to do the tier (which she has in your case I assume) and she needs to have studied at least one such shell (give it to her with botlab voucher). That prevents crafting of shells you don't know yet.

Sorry, but I meant Mysterious Cube, not Precursor Cube.

I don't know what you mean by "memory cubes restore Type-J memory"; I somehow apply them to a Type-J bot?

Mysterious cubes are keys to Vaultships which give access to unique gear (see walkthrough)
The memory cubes you give to your type j and then the dialogue expands
