I find it amusing that MonsterBox released the game on Steam, dropped a couple of updates, and then went completely silent. I bought the game on Itch.io, and I'm definitely not paying for it again on Steam.
Steam has the same updates Itch has. But no, there's no reason to buy it twice. Steam doesn't get anything special that we don't get here.
