I know this is something not many would want to see in the game, but would there be potential to see big bellies or pregnancy? I would be okay if it was just more birth scenes instead of only the one with the wharf-roach.
There will be more birth scenes :), not many more, but at least 2 or 3 more I think.
Belly change visuals might be a possibility for the future, after 1.0, complex pregnancy mechanics are a bit unlikely. It will depend on how the remake progresses after 1.0.
