This game is incredible! The art and sound is immaculate. Color palette perfectly captures that Axiom Verge / Metroid aesthetic. Felt very Lovecraftian-yet sci-fi. Block variations were super clever and I also enjoyed that you didn't really tell me what each block did. Failure was actually an interesting concept of learning the game. 

Think my only nitpick that I could think of is just the goal for the player. I feel like just getting a high score just doesn't work for a game like this. Would've honestly preferred if the player was going up to escape something and using Tetris as a way to build that path up. Wasn't sure if the game had an end goal but any would've made playing more impactful. Allows for more of a narrative too which I feel like this game could leverage with the unique style in the art.

Again, nitpicking, the game is awesome!

You're absolutely right! In fact, I originally planned to structure the game with levels where the goal was to escape. However, I had to switch to an endless arcade mode because I wouldn't have had enough time to create the art otherwise.
