I can't seem to get past the main menu. I have a controller plugged in but can't do anything other than close the application.

It is an error that occurs when you use a generic controller after mapping the buttons and closing the game after finishing playing, with the XOutput program you simulate the Xbox controller with a generic one and this error is solved, it happened to me and I discovered it by testing, otherwise you have to delete the “controls.ini” configuration file before opening the game and remap the controller to play.
